Kid Yoga Classes
Ashley has over a decade of experience working in elementary education. While teaching young children, she noticed some of her students struggled with mental health and emotional regulation. As she taught students yoga in class, she noticed, it helped!
During yoga practice, she leads children to better understand their emotions and how to work with them. She aims to instill self compassion and self trust in each child in a safe, fun, and playful environment.

Young Yogis'
'Young Yogis'—a yoga class for kids aged 9-12. Enhance body awareness and flexibility through age-appropriate poses, breathwork and meditation. Learn self-calming, emotional recognition, and visualization techniques for inner peace and resilience.
