Join me for a 30-40 minute virtual Yoga Nidra session, a guided meditation that brings deep relaxation. Known as "Yogi Sleep," Yoga Nidra is designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote restful sleep—all while you lie down comfortably in your own space.
